Cochise County Cycling Classic

Starting in the early 1990's The Perimeter Bicycling Association of America, Inc. www.pbaa.com has put on the Cochise County Cycling Classic. This is another fundraiser that benefits Douglas ARC. This is billed as "America's Longest Perimeter Bicycling Event" there are four different events to choose from. 252, 157, 92 and 45-mile routes are offered. Each of these events starts in Douglas, AZ. and makes a loop around the beautiful terrain of Cochise County and returns to Douglas. Cyclists from all over the country come to participate in this cycling classic. Tax deducible contributions from the four events are collected for Douglas ARC. The success over the past 8 years have been a tremendous asset to the Douglas ARC and the city of Douglas. with over one hundred riders and support teams have put Douglas on the map in the bicycle community.
